Her expertise lies in the strategic art of winning and flawlessly delivering high-value EU contracts. She provides two core services: Contract Acquisition, conducting in-depth analysis and thorough proposal reviews to significantly increase chances of a win; and Contract Management & Delivery, offering expert support to management in leading teams for maximum impact and profitability.

This expertise is built on a track record of leading large-scale projects, including communication campaigns for European institutions and managing teams of over 80 professionals. Caroline is also PM² certified, demonstrating her commitment to the management methodologies of the EU market. Her work is complemented by her role as a guest lecturer and her experience with the United Nations.
