Attracting European audiences to regional art show

Development of a digital communication strategy to attract European audiences to regional art festival.


When a regional authority was looking to make their art festival more widely known to a European audience, they realised that they needed support with expertise in communicating to a broader audience.


We carried out a series of workshops with the festival organisers and local stakeholders to look at their existing audiences and brainstorm on broadening their target audiences, looking at the attractiveness of the art festival from an international perspective.

We provided an in-depth analysis of the potential stakeholders and communication relays at EU level and developed a targeted approach for each bordering European country, including practical steps and check-lists to develop the communication activities.
